All you know is that you have to get away from this strange man. With that smile he must be up to no good, so it's better to escape.

In this version you can walk through the lonely streets of the city, but you can also hide in shops, warehouses and any space that serves as a hiding place.

The graphics of The Smiling Man Remake are inspired by the horror movies of the 80s, with a pixelated and VHS tape aesthetic mixed with PS1 graphics.

Everything is more disturbing, because there is an effect of the point of view of your character and that is that it is a third-person view, but sometimes it is as if it were the vision of Smiling Man.

The story that you will discover will make you have to decide your next steps and with that you can end up in any of the three alternative endings. You can play the original story or the alternative.
